Hypnosis is a very effective aid in a number of therapeutic problems. It is especially helpful with habit control. I use it in my work often, but usually not as the sole therapeutic tool. As an example for smoking cessation I use the smoking cessation tape which is offered for sale on the site, a TFT tapping technique, and often suggest that the client begins to take Wellbutrin.
TFT is based on acupuncture/acupressure and helps to relieve craving. Wellbutrin is an anti-depressant that also reduces cravings. This combination is very effective for quitting smoking. |

Hypnosis can be very helpful in the treatment of fears and panic issues.
Fear itself explains that "self suggestions" can really work! Your mind is creating the fear by suggestions it has been given. Counteracting that with hypnotic suggestions, can just as easily remove those negative reactions. Family Therapist |

I have been very angery towards everything imaginable and would like to lessen the rage. Is hypnosis the answer? I don't want a quick fix, I need help but for the time being I need something to relieve this habit.
Please help. |

What about for say, Ptsd like problems. Like getting through memories or suppressed memories. I have so many bottled up inside and I would like to grind them
up into itty bitty pieces...but the things just keep coming back. I have tried therapy, but is maybe like instead of regular therapists ...psychologists...do
they work you through things better instead of just talking and talking and talking?
