I have a 5 months old dominant female lab/retriever cross who exhibits aggressive behavior such as growling, snarling and biting. We are attending obedience school and I have been told I am a "soft" handler and may not be strong enough for this dog. I hate to give up on her but I am at my wits end. Is there any hope of keeping this dog as a family pet in a family situation.
