We have 4 dogs; 3 of them are siblings. One of the females is definitely the 'leader' of the 'pack.' She 'scolds' the other dogs, has first turns on the chew-bones, etc. She is also very, VERY hyper, very intelligent, and is ADHD. (I've diagnosed her; I'm not a dr., but I am ADD, my husband is ADD, and I've raised 2 boys ~ one who is ADD and the other ADHD so I 'kind of' know the 'symptoms.') 
The main question we have is WHY does the 'alpha' dog 'chew' on the faces~~near their mouths~~of all the other dogs?? It's as though she's chewing their lips with her front teeth ~ it's difficult to explain. I hope you know what I'm referring to.
