Does anyone know how to locate a breeder of Birman cats? They look very much like a mix of Siamese and Persian. I am in Arizona.

My cat has swollen eye | ||

My male cat has a swollen eye lid that does not seem to be causing him any discomfort. He is eating and using the litter box as normal. We lost power last
night- I dont know if this is swelling to to him bumping into something or if this is something that may be more serious. He has never had this before.
